We want shipping to be easy to understand before you reach checkout. Dry goods and livestock have different shipping requirements, so please review the relevant section below before ordering.
Free Shipping Over $175*
Spend $175 or more on eligible dry goods after discounts and receive free standard shipping Australia-wide.
Important: The offer applies to eligible dry goods only.
If your order contains an excluded product, the entire shipment does not qualify for the free standard shipping or reduced Express Shipping offer.
What Doesn't Qualify?
Some products are excluded from the Free Shipping Over $175 offer because of their weight, size or specialised shipping requirements.
If an order contains any excluded product, the entire shipment does not qualify for the Free Shipping Over $175 offer.
Using Discounts & Promotions
Other eligible discounts and promotions can still be used with the Free Shipping Over $175 offer.
Your eligible merchandise subtotal must remain at least $175 after discounts have been applied.
Example: If eligible dry goods total more than $175 before a discount, but the discount reduces the eligible merchandise subtotal below $175, the order will no longer qualify for the free shipping offer.
$15 Express Shipping
Eligible orders that qualify for free standard shipping can upgrade to $15 Express Shipping where an Express service is available.
Express availability
Express Shipping availability depends on the delivery service available for your destination and the products contained in your order.
Where an eligible Express service is not available, the $15 Express Shipping option will not apply.
Dry Goods Shipping
Aquarium Haven ships dry goods Australia-wide, subject to the shipping options available for the products in your order and your delivery location.
Standard and Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your order.
Orders that do not qualify for the Free Shipping Over $175 offer will be charged the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout.
Livestock Shipping
Livestock shipping is separate from our Free Shipping Over $175 dry-goods offer.
Live fish do not qualify for the free standard shipping or reduced $15 Express Shipping offer.
Livestock orders have separate shipping requirements, services and conditions.

Is the $175 calculated before or after discounts?
After discounts. Your eligible merchandise subtotal must be at least $175 after discounts have been applied.
Does the offer apply Australia-wide?
Yes. Free standard shipping is available Australia-wide for qualifying dry-goods orders.
Can I use another discount and still receive free shipping?
Yes, provided your eligible merchandise subtotal remains at least $175 after the discount has been applied and the order otherwise qualifies.
What happens if my order contains a heavy or bulky product?
If your order contains an excluded heavy or bulky product, the entire shipment will not qualify for the Free Shipping Over $175 offer.
Does the offer include live fish?
No. The Free Shipping Over $175 offer applies to qualifying dry goods only.
Can I choose Express Shipping instead?
Eligible qualifying orders can upgrade to Express Shipping for $15 where an Express service is available.
