The Celestial Pearl Danio is a tiny, galaxy‑patterned nano fish that brings stunning colour and movement to planted aquariums. With its deep blue body, bright orange fins and pearl‑like spots, the Celestial Pearl Danio stays small, is peaceful, and is ideal for well‑scaped nano and community tanks.

- Deep blue body with cream or golden pearl‑like spots
- Bright orange to red fins, especially in males
- Subtle sexual dimorphism – males are more intensely coloured
- Peaceful, schooling nature when kept in a proper group
Tank Requirements for Celestial Pearl Danio
- Minimum tank size: 30L+ (larger is better for stable water and bigger groups)
- Temperature: approx. 22–26°C
- pH: around 6.5–7.5, stable and well‑filtered
- Hardness: Soft to moderately hard water
- Aquascape: Dense planting, fine‑leaved plants, mosses and hiding spots
Schooling & Tank Mates
- Aim for at least 8–10 Celestial Pearl Danios so they feel safe
- Larger groups bring out more natural behaviour and better colour
- Avoid large or boisterous fish that may stress or outcompete them

- High‑quality nano pellets and crushed flakes
- Frozen and live foods like baby brine shrimp, daphnia and micro‑worms
- Occasional treats to enhance colour and condition
